1. 약관 수락

By accessing and using HeroesAndMore LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. 서비스 이용

HeroesAndMore LLC provides a platform for buying and selling collectibles. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. 리스팅 및 판매

Sellers must accurately describe items and their condition. Misrepresentation of items is prohibited and may result in account suspension. Sellers are responsible for shipping items as described and in a timely manner.

4. 구매

Buyers agree to pay for items purchased through our platform. All sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described. Buyers must confirm receipt of items within 7 days of delivery.

5. 수수료

HeroesAndMore LLC charges a $0.30 transaction fee plus a commission on completed sales. Commission rates depend on seller subscription tier. Fee structures may change with notice.

6. 금지 품목

The following items are prohibited: counterfeit or replica items, stolen property, items that infringe on intellectual property rights, and any illegal items.

7. 분쟁 해결

In case of disputes, both parties agree to work with HeroesAndMore LLC support to reach a resolution. We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes.

8. 책임 제한

HeroesAndMore LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us.

9. 마켓플레이스 장소 & 진정성

HeroesAndMore LLC는 구매자와 판매자를 연결하는 마켓플레이스로서 운영되며, 사용자 간 거래의 당사자가 아니며 항목에 대한 소유권을 가지지 않습니다. 우리는 항목을 인증, 등급, 평가 또는 확인하지 않으며, 목록의 진실성, 상태 또는 가치를 보장하지 않습니다. 표시된 등급, 인증 또는 상태는 판매자의 표현을 반영합니다. 항목은 명시적으로 명시된 경우를 제외하고 진실성, 상태, 상품성 또는 적합성에 대한 보증 없이 제3자 판매자에 의해 판매됩니다. HeroesAndMore는 독립적인 마켓플레이스이며 PSA, CGC, BGS, Beckett 또는 카드 발행자, 제조업체 또는 등급 회사와 관련이 없으며, 후원되지 않거나 보증되지 않습니다. 모든 제품 이름, 로고 및 이미지는 해당 소유자의 재산입니다.

사용자 콘텐츠

귀하는 제출한 콘텐츠(리스팅, 이미지, 리뷰, 게시물)의 소유권을 보유하고 HeroesAndMore LLC에 서비스 운영과 관련하여 해당 콘텐츠를 호스팅, 표시 및 홍보할 수 있는 비독점적이고 전세계적인 로열티 프리 라이센스를 부여합니다. 귀하는 제출한 콘텐츠에 대한 책임을 지며 해당 권리를 보유해야 합니다. 저희는 본 약관 또는 관련 법률을 위반하는 콘텐츠를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 저작권 침해를 신고하려면 저희의 DMCA / 저작권 정책을 참조하십시오.

11. 계정 종료

귀하는 언제든지 계정을 폐쇄할 수 있습니다. 당사는 본 약관을 위반하거나, 사기에 가담하거나, 다른 사용자에게 위험을 초래하는 계정을 일시 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 귀하가 지불해야 하는 수수료, 책임 제한 및 분쟁 해결을 포함하여 종료 후에도 유효한 의무는 유효합니다.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
