1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HeroesAndMore LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Use of Service
HeroesAndMore LLC provides a platform for buying and selling collectibles. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
3. Listing and Selling
Sellers must accurately describe items and their condition. Misrepresentation of items is prohibited and may result in account suspension. Sellers are responsible for shipping items as described and in a timely manner.
4. Buying
Buyers agree to pay for items purchased through our platform. All sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described. Buyers must confirm receipt of items within 7 days of delivery.
5. Fees
HeroesAndMore LLC charges a $0.30 transaction fee plus a commission on completed sales. Commission rates depend on seller subscription tier. Fee structures may change with notice.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited: counterfeit or replica items, stolen property, items that infringe on intellectual property rights, and any illegal items.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties agree to work with HeroesAndMore LLC support to reach a resolution. We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes.
8. Limitation of Liability
HeroesAndMore LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us.
9. Marketplace Venue & Authenticity
HeroesAndMore LLC operates as a marketplace venue that connects buyers and sellers; we are not a party to transactions between users and do not take title to items. We do not authenticate, grade, appraise, or verify items, and we do not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or value of any listing. Any grade, certification, or condition shown reflects the seller's representation. Items are sold as-is by third-party sellers, without warranty of authenticity, condition, merchantability, or fitness except as expressly stated. HeroesAndMore is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by PSA, CGC, BGS, Beckett, or any card publisher, manufacturer, or grading company. All product names, logos, and images are the property of their respective owners.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (listings, images, reviews, and posts) and grant HeroesAndMore LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote that content in connection with operating the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to it. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. 11. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or create risk for other users. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination — including fees owed, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — survive.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
