1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HeroesAndMore, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Use of Service
HeroesAndMore provides a platform for buying and selling collectibles. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
3. Listing and Selling
Sellers must accurately describe items and their condition. Misrepresentation of items is prohibited and may result in account suspension. Sellers are responsible for shipping items as described and in a timely manner.
4. Buying
Buyers agree to pay for items purchased through our platform. All sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described. Buyers must confirm receipt of items within 7 days of delivery.
5. Fees
HeroesAndMore charges a $0.30 transaction fee plus a commission on completed sales. Commission rates depend on seller subscription tier. Fee structures may change with notice.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited: counterfeit or replica items, stolen property, items that infringe on intellectual property rights, and any illegal items.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties agree to work with HeroesAndMore support to reach a resolution. We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes.
8. Limitation of Liability
HeroesAndMore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
