As stated in the indicia: "Published 6 times yearly by Century Publishing Company, 2382Dundes Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Entire contents copyrighted 1946 by Century Publishing Company. Printed in Canada." Although it states "6 times yearly", this is the only issue to have been published in this form. Like a few others from this publisher, this comic was made available to British consumers in coverless form. While cover shows no price, these comics were sold to UK customers for one shilling at the time of their release.
