The first newspaper comic supplement in England, given free with a Sunday newspaper. Printed in America especially for export. Full colour throughout. Features current episodes of American strips: Katzenjammer Kids, Happy Hooligan, Jimmy, Buster Brown, Their Only Child, Little Nemo, etc.
May also be titled "Coloured Supplement of the Weekly Budget" for at least part of its run.
