Weather Woman, the fabulously funny, award-winning cult film hit that made the sexy Japanese actress Kei Mizutani a star, was based on the media-savvy and scathingly satirical manga series by Tetsu Adachi (安達哲). Translation of お天気お姉さん / Otenki Onēsan (Kodansha, 1992 series). Originally serialized in the publisher's Weekly Young Magazine and then collected in eight tankobons. The panels are flipped to read in the Western left-to-right format.
