Vampirella Monthly ran for 27 issues (1997–2000). Publishing format: was ongoing. Most comics in this series have multiple covers. The front cover title is usually just "Vampirella," while the back covers refer to the title as "Vampirella Monthly" with the issue number of the series. Some of the limited edition variants though, they state a different title and numbering on their back covers and in their indicia, and still need clarification. The indicia title changes frequently throughout the series: The indicia for issue #0, reads "Vampirella Monthly" The indicia for issues #1-6 reads "Vampirella: The New Monthly" The indicia for issues #7-15 reads "Vampirella Monthly" The indicia for issues #16-17 reads "Pantha" The indicia for issues #18-20 reads "Vampirella Monthly" The indicia for issues #21-22 reads "Vampirella" The indicia for issue #23 reads "Vampirella/Lady Death: The Revenge" but the numbering for the issue is on the back of the comic. The indicia for issues #24-25 reads "Vampirella/Pantha: Death Valley" The indicia for issue #26 reads "Vampirella vs. Lady Death: The End" but the numbering for the issue is on the back of the comic.
