The Sandman (1974, DC)

The Sandman ran for 6 issues (1974–1975). Publishing format: was ongoing series. An unpublished Sandman story was planned for inclusion in Kamandi, the Last Boy on Earth (DC, 1972 series) #61 with a new framing sequence before that comic was cancelled. That version of the story was published in black and white in the limited-distribution Cancelled Comic Cavalcade (DC, 1978 series) #2 before being published in color in its original version (without the framing sequence) in The Best of DC (DC, 1979 series) #22.
