The Black Diamond Effect (1990, The Black Diamond Effect Inc.)

The Black Diamond Effect ran for 19 issues (1990–present). Publishing format: ongoing series. First 8 issues were distributed by Diamond comics. Starting with #9 the issues were distributed exclusively through hospitals, doctor and lawyer offices, and focused on teaching kids about brain injuries. Numbers 1 through 7 have color covers, 36 pages, black and white on newsprint. #8 was printed on high quality glossy paper with color cover. #9 through current use a heavy paper and have varying page counts.
