About this card

Starmie is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon media franchise, and the evolved form of Staryu. First introduced in the video games Pokémon Red and Blue, it was designed by Ken Sugimori, and has appeared in multiple games in the series, including Pokémon Go and the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

As long as Starmie has any Psychic Energy attached to it, damage done to Starmie by attacks is reduced by 10 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).
