Slave Labor Stories ran for 3 issues (2003–2005). Publishing format: was ongoing series. Slave Labor Graphics did Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) editions using this title in 2003 and 2004. In 2005, rather than take part in the official Free Comic Book Day event (which was May 7 that year), Slave Labor put out #3 as a free comic in July. While neither of the two previous FCBD editions published under the title of "Slave Labor Stories" had issue numbers, this third free comic using the title of "Slave Labor Stories" was published with the number 3 both on the front cover and in the indicia.
