Phantom Lady (1947, Fox)

Phantom Lady ran for 11 issues (1947–1949). Publishing format: was ongoing series. The cover of issue #17 was illustrated in psychiatrist Fredric Wertham M.D.'s book, 'Seduction of the Innocent', 1954; above the caption, 'Sexual stimulation by combining "headlights" with the sadist's dream of tying up a woman.' In 2014 it was noted that facsimile/replica editions exist of issues #13 and #17; they are identical, but printed on glossy white paper throughout. Starting in 2022, PS Artbooks published facsimile editions of all the issues, also identical and printed on glossy white paper.
