There are two separate #1's for this series. "Alpha" focuses on the male Outsiders, while the second -- "Omega" -- focuses on the female Outsiders. Each issue has a different cover and different stories with a few pages the same which merge each issue together. Both covers connected to form a larger image. Issue #0 published between #11 and #12
