NEA Comics (1980, Newspaper Enterprise Association)

NEA Comics ran for 1 issues (1980–1999). Publishing format: was ongoing series. Not to be confused with the NEA Comic Weekly or NEA Service Weekly, publications designed to secure copyright of the comic strips. This proof book is designed to be sent to primarily newspaper publishers with a week's worth of the NEA daily comic strips and panels. Pages are printed on one side only, so those strips being published by that newspaper could be cut out and pasted up each day on that newspaper's layout page for printing. Due to the nature of this publication, very few probably have survived intact. Years of publication is not fully known yet.
