Gundam: The Origin (2002, Viz)

Gundam: The Origin ran for 12 issues (2002–2004). Publishing format: was ongoing series. By Yoshikazu Yasuhiko (安彦良和). Translation of 機動戦士ガンダム THE ORIGIN / Kidō Senshi Gundam the Origin (Kadokawa Shoten, 2001 series) These do not correspond to the original version, since each issue had far fewer pages than the one in Japan. As a result, only a portion of the series wound up being reprinted before being cancelled. The series went to twenty-three volumes in Japan. Vertical later on reprinted the series in its entirety.
