Garfield Minus Garfield (2008, Random House)

Garfield Minus Garfield ran for 1 issues (2008–2008). Publishing format: collected edition. Collects strips from Dan Walsh’s website GarfieldMinusGarfield.net, along with the original Garfield newspaper strips that they were adapted from. The premise is to take a Garfield strip and remove Garfield from it, leaving Jon Arbuckle mostly talking to himself. This creates a new cartoon on an entirely different level, showing the existential angst of Jon.
