Johnny Bravo is an American animated television series created by Van Partible for Cartoon Network. The series initially debuted as a trio of animated shorts on Cartoon Network's World Premiere Toons, an animated shorts showcase. What a Cartoon! premiered the first Johnny Bravo short on March 26, 1995. After a full series was greenlit by Cartoon Network, the shorts were later incorporated as the first episode of the show's first season, which premiered on the channel on July 14, 1997.
