Aliens: Space Marines (1993, Dark Horse)

Aliens: Space Marines ran for 12 issues (1993–1993). Series of mini-comics packaged with Aliens action figures sold by Kenner Toys. The series name is only listed on the last page of each comic, which indicated which issue would contain the continuation of the story. There were eight figures in the initial toy line: Bishop (issue #1), Scorpion Alien (#2), Sgt. Apone (#3), Gorilla Alien (#4), Sgt. Drake (#5), Corp. Hicks (#6), Bull Alien (#7) and Lt. Ripley (#8). The story was apparently extended when four more figures in the toy line were released: Snake Alien (#9), Mantis Alien (#10), Giant Face Hugger Alien (#11) and Rhino Alien (#12). An issue #13 was released as Aliens vs. Predator: The Ultimate Battle.
