The First Editions of Volume 3 and 4 were 6,000 copies. 250 copies were hardcover, numbered and signed, with the first 100 having a pencil sketch by Colleen Doran being the remarqued edition, 101-250 being the limited edition, 26 leatherbound, slipcased copies comprise the lettered state, and 5724 trade paperbacks. The hardcover copies include prints of the covers of the softcover copies. Not stated was that Volumes 1 and 2 also had 26 lettered state, slipcased copies. The author has also stated that these limitations were not strictly adhered to as far as the regular hardcover and paperback editions were concerned including the issuing of an unknown amount of hardcover library editions. This series is the hardcover editions.
